Reputed builder in pune had deducted 50,000 rs as cancellation charges, please guide me how to recover the money.
I had given 3,21,000 rs as a booking amount to the builder which is under construction, and possession was in Dec 2018, but due to some medical treatment on my dad i had canceled the flat as they had increased flat rate by 5lakhs stating GST reason, I was not able to provide them the money disbursement on time :(, now suddenly they are saying that the cancellation charges is 50,000/- so i took the amount 2,71,000 rs first so that later i can fight for remaining money, now when i called them they are not ready to give the remaining amount, Its very strange that they never communicated about the cancellation charges nor there is any clause or document i have signed.
Please let me know is it possible to get my remaining amount.
