I received medical board certificate in the category of Low vision one eye 30%.
Actually loss my eye sight in birth no treatment for recovery of eye sight. But they are not giving 40%. In this matter I have any legal aid for getting Differentaly abled category.
Disability certificate will be issued as per the norms of the Govt.. If you dispute it challenge it in High court.
