Disclosure of willful defaulters list

Hi Experts/Advocates,

Why govt and authorities are not disclosing the list of wilful defaulters to all the public and private sector banks.Sometimes we see only few wilful defaulters list and not all of them.What stopping banks to provide complete list of wilful defaulters list.When I applied to RBI under RTI to reveal all the defaulters list.It says under secrion of 25 act we can't reveal. Is there any flaw in the law that only few defaulters are named out and not all of them.

Please fight for people and protect peoples money.

Dear Mr Raghvendrahari, RBI is wrong to refuse you the complete list of names of defaulters. RTI says whatever information can be given to parliament, is directed to be given to RTI applicant. Therefore, pls file an appeal to the RTI Officer concerned. In case, you have not filed the appeal with in the limitation period, pls apply once again and then file the appeal within the limitation.
