Dist. court to high court.... now again to dist. court

Hi, I win from dist. Court & High court too. The case was regarding illegal possession on my property. Dist court orders to hand over the proprty to me somewhere in 2003. However an appeal was made against the order of Dist.court. Hon H.P. High Court dismiss the appeal after 13 years on the grounds of no question of Law exists. Now as per my lawyer (its a process) I filed a case in the dist.court to get the property vacated. Now the case is pending to merely get the vacation orders. In the mean time the party contacted me indirectly, that he is ready to hand over the possession of the property but in the month of AUGUST. & asks for a compromise to take back the vacation case and he is ready to give declaration in the court and also wants me to take back the recovery case as filed by me. From the last 10 yrs He is not doing anything there and its being locked. I am not getting why is he demanding the time. He also went for S.C. Please note that he is very fraudulent person and also a gunda type. We dont have any degree of trust on him. Is there any legal if I agree with a compromise that could affect the H.C. judgement or put the vacation proceedings delay, if in the august if he fails to vacate the property. Please guide me that how can i get my property vacated.
