respected legal fraternities and friends,
i am suffering from a wife obia nowadays. few days back my wife fought with me on fone and after 3 days she said she wants to come back home agaisnt her parents and family members wishes. she actually left my home 3 months back but now i feel that after 3 months she had been plannignt o meet and trap me falsely and file false cases against me. in the last 3 months inspite of me requesting several times to her to come back she just said she dont want to stay with me ever and will never come back. she had threatened me and my family members of dire threats for which i filed complaint also against her and her business associate.
she is a heartless women with no gulit and always fights with me for silly reasons. now since last few days she is repetaedly calling and telling me to meet her alone. trust me i am a very simple guy and just scared now to meet her alone coz i dont trust her anymore now. she also told me one month back that she has signed legal divorce notice thru her lawyer but now just not ready to talk on that point. i just doubt that she lied to me to scare me from legal notice. i am repeatedly telling her that she asked for divorce and i am ready to give it to her amicably. shw was okay with it . but now she wants to come back?wot do i do now?
how can i trust a girl who insulted me and my feelings reapeatedly in front of public and police ( she also went to police stn and told them that she dont want to stay with me. she complained verbally) and now i feel that she is trying to meet her parents at her home or meet her alone so that she can trap me. i told her i dont have any money to give her. still she wants to come back? i am just scared friends. pls help me she is regularly harrassing me on fone thats why i switch off my fone also at times to avoid her calls.? pls help me else i may end my life if this does not end amicably soon. i m just broken.
