Divorce advise

I need expertise suggestions,

Currently I am staying in USA and my wife left me nov-1 -2012 and she is working in Software Company at Hyderabad.

She is not interested to stay with me or giving divorce and I am not interested to come India due my professional carrier and financial issues to support my family.

Even if I come to India  not sure she will stay with me,  its same situation like now  since my job location is Mumbai and her job location is Hyderabad and definitely she will file a case against me & my family using Women favorable grounds.

Can I obtain divorce from USA using contested divorce by serving summons to her?

If I come to India, Obtained USA divorce is valid in India for my case? I am sincerely requesting her to come USA multiple times through emails and relatives but their family cruelly ignoring our words and she is not interested to stay me and not interested to file a case right now against me because I am in USA.

I am going through  very rough times and not able figure it out the issues?

Can anyone suggest me, how I need to precede my unique Case.

Mr. Chandra, you have married in India as per Hindu Marriage laws, hence a divorce obtained in US in this context will not be legally binding on her.  If she is not interested to live with you any more, ask her to give her consent for divorce on the grounds of mutual consent, if she keeps mum, you also keep mum, as it is she is not living with for the present and you are managing your life alone without her, continue to do the same for some more time and allow the time to answer your query, do not take any hasty decision which may bring disasters to you especially in the prevailing scenario where the law is in favor of women of the country (biased).
