What case the parents of the wife file against the man and their daughter? The giving birth to a baby during pending divorce case can only be proof of adultery of the wife that husband can please for seeking divorce if the child born is not his but of another man, how the parents of the wife come in picture for that case?

Wife runs away from home and applies for divorce with husband,husband also files divorce what it means I cud not understand it if she files divorce with husband why husband also files divorce.

Sorry for the confusion, I am a relative for the girls parents and they are seeking legal help to save the girl from the paramour and bring her back to her first child, but the girl has gone against the parents.The parents believe that the girl is not mentally stable.
