My divorce case was at family court Chennai.. As my advocate told i got the degree in divorce.. but when i asked for divorce certificate,, he told that like this type of certificate not issuing by family court chennai.. he wants to give the protocopy of degree passed by judge..
Requesting you to please let me know whether divorce certificate issuing by family court chennai ( Tamiltadu) if not then the degree photocopy is useful for me for future legal documentation..
