I, along with my family have been framed in a false dowry, DV and 125 cases. The cases has registered on 28th Aug 2021. Even after 4 years, the lady has hardly arrived in court for examination. She completed her 498A examination in almost 3.5 years but just arriving in court for 3-4 times. During her examination, she didnt told the truth. But when my lawyer crossed her about her 60 days of stay during a marriage period of 8 months, she has to except the truth that she use to resides at my place like a guest. She use to visit her parental home in every 4-5 days. I have submitted all the proofs about the train tickets that I booked for her. She use to travel against my will. I also submitted the proofs where we were taking her to Hotels for dinners, and several other places in Ujjain. I have also submitted the G-pay reciepts of the payment that I made to her. I even submitted month wise (during my marriage period) photographs where she can be seen happy and enjoying the marriage. In the beginning everything was fine because me and my parents were entertaining her demands. But slowly when those demands become unbearable like she wants to go to her house for festivals like Holi and raksha bandhan in advance of 1 month. When we denied this demands, she start quarrels in the family and admitted that she has married to live life of her choice.
During her cross examination she has admitted that during her stay at my home, she has lived happily and comfortably. We gave maximum comfort to her in best of our capacity. During this 8 months, she told me that she can not live in a small city like Ujjain. She can not live with my parents as she has to compromise on her freedom, she wants to live in a metro/semi metro. I told her that due to second wave of Covid, I wont be immediately able to move to Mumbai (my job location), as first I have to search for a home and then we can shift. She was very adamant on her demand and said that if I wont shift at once, she will file fake cases against me and my family. She thought that when she files the cases, police will took us behind the bars, but when this things didnt happened, she again start texting me on whatsapp, blaming me for this situation. She also asked police to skip counselling.
Whatever I wrote above, she has given this thing in written to me on whatsapp messages, which I attached as proof. After 2 months, she was partying in Goa, and exposing her body. I have took photographs from her instagram and attached as proof. After coming from Goa, she joined a media house as an assistant producer and working there till the date.
After joining the media house she files a fake case 125 and DV, saying that she has no source of income with her. I have attached all the proofs that she is earning and living a lavish life, partying here and there, enjoying in the costliest hotels of Bhopal. Apart from this, she is also doing advertisements of products and shows on instagram. Proof attached.
In Feb 2023, her interrim got cancelled and I put a case against her for contemt to court as she mentioned that she doesn't have any income source. But I attached all the proofs that she is earning. She stop coming to court due to this case. When she arrived on the last chance and start making excuse. After 8 months, she arrived again for her statement and this time she says that she is working as an intern where she is not getting any salary.
Despite the fact that during her cross examination of 498a, first on Sep 2022 and then after an year in Sep 2023, she admitted that she is working as a producer in media house, the judge has asked to provide her maintenance.
Now me along with my family is completely devasteted by this third class and wierd judgement.
I have attached all the proofs that this is a fake case and she is capable of earning, court ordered a maintenanance.
Even after 4 years of waiting, we felt cheated and our belief from the law start shaking.
I have suicidal thoughts now. Due to this fake case, I am getting epileptic attack and not 100% fit now. It is a mental torture.
Judge saw everything that how his lawyer was tricking by coming at closure time of court, by taking next dates. Despite this he favoured that girl. Seems that he has taken bribe.
One more thing: I have formally complained about her torture to the police station in Bhopal and provided that statement as a proof. The date of complained was 3rd August 2021, just after 2 days when she left my house after she along with her mother threatened me and my family.
I beg you digniteries to help me and suggest how to come out of this situation.
