Divorce certificate

Dear friends,

This letter i am writing for my friend .

My friend Manoj married Rekha in 2006 in a temple. But this was not registered in temple and legal .After two years they separated .During this period my friend added his wife name in as his spouse in his passport by giving an affidavit. After they separated again he married in 2010. Now he tried to get his Ex.wife remove and add his new wife name in passport. But to remove his Ex.wife name in passport need that divorce certificate, which he do not have as his first wedding was not registered .

After 20 days he is going to Kuwait. He want to add his wife name in his passport before that.

Please advice as to what could be done. Awiting replay.....

Annexure K, an affidavit to be sworn in as per the details contained herein before the JMFC to be obtained and attached with the passport reissue application which will solve the issue. Format of Annexure K of the Passport application can be downloaded from internet.

Dear sir,

Thanks for your quick reply. I checked the form K. But in that first point , that i am married under............................ What we will fill in that space?.. They are not get married any Act. And the forth point he can fill his new wife name?.. can you please explain this two points for me..

And once we fill this form what is the procedure to apply for that?..and he is having kuwait valid visa on this passport. How long will take to change this.
