Divorce on basis of adultery

Dear Sir,

I have proof that my wife has affair with a person. I have mobile recordings as evidence at present.

I plan to get video proof by installing a camera.

Pls advice,

1) Should I go for a mutual consent divorce or contested on basis of adultery

2) How long will the case take based on the video evidence

2) If she files 498a or DV to trouble me, can I get it quashed basis that she is trying to bother me due to the adultery case filed by me.

At present she does not know that I am aware about the affair and have started collecting evidence.

1) In case I go for a contested divorce on adultery ground. how long can that take

2) Can I prevent her from entering my home during the trial period citing the reason that she can harm me and my family as I have filed a case against her

3) If she lodges false case can they be quashed by the fact that she would want to harrass me as I have uncovered her dirty secret.
