03 suit has been filled by a firm against Govt Department (Estt) based in Ahmednagar
The case has been filled in MADRAS HIGH COURT
Only one question all 03 reply to be filled against 03 suits to be noterised as Director of the Estt is seating in Ahmednagar and layer is going to file reply on behalf of him.

There is no need for notorization of 3 replies to be filed in high court but said 3 replies must be signed and verified by duly authorised signatory of firm.

If the director is appearing personally before the high court at Madras then he can sign and present the reply directly through his lawyer or if he chooses to sign it from Ahmednagar, then his signature may be attested by a local Notary Public at Ahmednagar.
