Do we need annual / divorce / void our present marriage?

I m from gujrat, i got remarry in 2016, (me n my husband belong to Hindu religion), when i got remarry i had "deed of divorce", my husband is from USA ,he is green card holder, after our marriage my husband file a petition for USA for me, but USCIS (US Immigration Dept) demanded for my decree , so i applied in court n i got a court decree, n i submitted court decree to USCIS, but after 3 months, USCIS denied my file / immigration petition , USCIS said that i was not legally eligible for remarry with my husband, because when i got remarry i had not court decree, My questions are: 1) Is our marriage considered legally valid in India? 2) Do we need t annul or void or divorce our current marriage? 3) What is the solution for us to be considered as legally valid married in India?

If you got married second time without having  valid divorce decree from first marriage then objection raised by the authority is vaild.

Will suggest you to consult senior advocate of your area,

On record your 2nd marriage was invalid..on the date US authorities responded .........

Now IT is on record..
