Order22 rule 4 c p c may be enforce under domestic violence act if victim had died but father wants to proceed as victim domestic violence cases against opposite side

	An application u/o 22 rule 4 CPC ought to file within 90 days from D.O.D of respondent & its remedy for setting aside the abatement of appeal is available u/o 22 rule 9 CPC within 60 days.
