my sister had problem of being in love with same s*x , she underwent counselling at her own wish then the marriage proposal has come , her condition was clealry explained to the boy and he promised to help her out and marry ....he attended one session of counseelling with psychiatrist and promised to help her out infront of psychiatrist.......so marriage was done
after marriage he started to harass her for more dowry and had tortured her physically and mentally , we thought to settle off the court and we asked him return the dwry we have given but he refused ..... as we had no other option we filed a dowry harassment case .....planning for domestic violence as well
what best can be done in this case ....pls guide me
