Hi,
I asked my sales team to get an agreemnt signed by a vendor. The sales team lost the agrement (100 stamp paper) in transit.
He is requesting to give another agremnt on stamp paper with same content.
I am not sure if he really lost it or he will misuse it.
Can you suggest what to do in this case?
Is there any wroing if i give him anotehr agreement?
