My sister in law has filed complaint against dv act 2006 section 14 subsection 2 from her native place. as per info available it deals with enforcement of protection order. we have received a notice from women development corporation stating that in regard to dv act 2006 section14 (2) and (00) my brother and my whole family are directed to be present there on due date and prescribed time. please note that our case is already subjudize under high court jharkhand, registered under 498A and dowry prohibition act, please suggest if matter is already under juridiction of one court under 498a and dowry act yet case of under dv act be filed at other place,can women cell issue notice under enforcement of protection order when no such order has been issued. please guide. regards
