DV -stay from high court

wife file 498a after 2yrs of marriage and its a love marriage.its in trail stage and expecting aquittal in another max of 4 months.now she filed DV on mother n me.police removed my mother from 498.so now my questions are: 1.how to get my mother out of DV case as she is not in 498? 2.Can i get stay from high court on DV? 3.i have not taken my mother's summon when court constable tried to serve me,i attended for one session of DV,whereas my mother has not.Will they serve summon of my mother again to me in court or how the process will be? 4.judge has done counselling during first session of dv.in general how long it will take for judgement on maintainance for DV.?
