What are the eligibility conditions of a person to bail out an accused? (i.e.for giving Bail to an acused?)
Can a retired Employee/ Official give bail?
Can a Bank guarantee be accepted in lieu of a Solvency Certificate?
Can cash be deposited in lieu of all other things?
As we have to bail out our uncle in a CBI Court where judgement is going to be pronounced soon, I request to provide law relating to bailing.
