Employment denied by company after giving offer and appointment letter

Hello, I was placed on campus after my MBA and the company offered me both offer letter and appointment letter and also the contract was signed by both parties. But, at first they delayed the joining date and then eventually after 6 months of delaying, they denied the offer saying they do not have any projects in hand (NO SUCH CLAUSE MENTIONED IN THE CONTRACT). And now I see that the company is hiring for the very same profile by posting on internet jobs websites. The contract mentioned about 1 year of probation period but we were never called for the job. I feel like I was kept on hold and cheated and it has adversely impacted my career as I am still looking for a stable job opportunity. How strong is the case and how should I go about?

The conduct of establishment is bad, unfair.

You may write narrating all communications by phone, email, etc and raise your demands.

Inform placement officer of college, University, UGC, students unions  as well.. …and IT blacklisted permanently.
