After one month of marrige 7th march i got to know that my wife has epilepsy (20-25 min attack) and my in laws hide this from me and my family , now they are putting pressure on me and my family that accept the girl else we will file the fake cases against you and your family, i don't want to continue this relationship and we are living seprate from 7th march to till date .

Is it possible to get this marrige nullified? and is there any way to get divorce.

Epilepsy is not a ground for divorce. Earlier S. 5 of Hindu Marriage Act considered it so but after an amendment, it was specifically removed as it is considered curable.

May have been better to be more careful earlier. Also consider that life is always uncertain - a perfect health before marriage does not guarantee the same even for a day after.
