What a beneficiaries has to do :
1) if Executor says " He doesn't know the details of Properties & Its is Beneficiary duty to find them. " If beneficiaries find properties then only he will execute.. In case of beneficiaries are ready and come forward to search properties at different states in India He( Executor) is ready arrange a Xerox copy of Will. Finally he( Executor) said it is not his duty to check the authenticity of All documents mentioned in will and to search them.
2)He didn't observe the Documents authenticity ( which ever re mentioned in Will).
Will copy he revealed after three years of Testator death.
