A man, whether married or not, commits adultery if he sleeps with a married woman. Thers's one condition, however. If her husband gives consent, the man doesn't commit adultery.
A man or a woman commits extra marital s*x if he, she, or both are unmarried.
Adultery in the Indian Penal Code, despite being considered as anti-men, is, of late, decided as anti-women by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court went wrong gravely.
The contention of the Supreme Court is: Man shouldn't have the chance of giving consent as if his wife is his property.
If this's so, a wife, after the consent of the husband, must admit s*x with a man. But the woman's consent also weighs.
Sex by a man with a womn with the consent of her husband alone and without the consent of the woman is rape and therefore the Section in the Indian Penal Code is not anti-women.
Woman can't be treated as the property of her husband.
