False charged by vodafone for isd call and harashmnet

Dear lawyersclubs,

Vo dafone has charged for ISD call in my post paid bill which I have not done. I have done complaints to vodafone care but they are not accepting his fault. The same type of complaints already I am already watching on the Compliant board.

I have also informed that this may be any terror activity anr call interception of my Sim.

I have paid monthly bill accept disputed amount but they have disconected my out going calls .

Honestly saying I have not done any ISD call and event I dont know the country name where it was called .

Please Help Me

Did you ask to activate ISD in SEF?

Or it was activated by default?

ask for itemised bill. find out in true caller who was called? make sure first none of your family members/friends made the call before escalating it.

Dear JustAdvisor ,

This is my personal number and not done any ISD call . I have bill with details and it is 5 times call on the different date on the same number .

Check SEF again.

If ISD activated without request then you may have some point.

Otherwise the call was made from your number.

Or establish Call interception etc as claimed by you.

If the calls have been made from your number as per itemised bill,

check from your family members or close associates wheater any of them made such calls to the person / firm etc.. ( after finding from truecaller).

If no, lodge complaint with your service provider duly requesting to find who had such calls from your number, and credit you back the amount. A copy to TRAI public greviences cell and to your local police station ( for information and necessary action, as you fear it could be a terrist act) be given.

Wait and see for the redressal action from your service, provider. If no action is done you can move telecom ombudsman by simple applicaion duly attaching all copy of relevant documents.
