I got married in feb 2013 and with in 2 months my wife fought with me and left my home in May 2013. and in June 2013 she filed 498a on me and sent me and my dad to jail for 13 days. Her fatgher is very rich and with his money power he was able to manage that papers could not reach court and hence our delay in bail for 13 days. While this is running and we havent received summon for the 498a we have received notice which is pertaining to DVC as asked us to appear before court in Sep 2013 and judge asked us to file counter for the DVC and maintenance. And last time he said to file counter for IA i am not able to understand what does he mean by IA. and how is that related to my case.
