Hello, I am non European ( Algerian ) married to a European citizen ( Romanian ) we are staying in UK, I hold UK temporary family permit of stay ( 5 years ) ( marriage ) my question is: if I divorce my wife ( due to some problems ) would this make me lose my permit of stay ?

1. Typically, it will not your Family stay permit, even after Divorce.  However apply for fresh permit, based on your single status..

If you're in the UK as a dependent on your European wife's visa, your visa status could change when you separate or divorce.Your wife is from European Economic Area (EEA) and there are special rules in this situation.

Both of you are not citizens of u.k.so you contact local advocate who is eminent on this issues.you tell that temporary family permit to stay.if she divorce then you become alone ,family will dissolved.
