The story start 36 years ago, A man naming A taken a Loan From my Uncle, he has kept his vacant land as a security with my uncle, after 4-5 years my father and uncle planted a alphonso & chewnut trees on the small part of that land, but now the land is transfered form him to his three sons, one of them told us you take the land legally we will make the papers as all of them agreed, so my father planted the new trees on rest of the land, he had put alot of money on planting & growing them,
but now the other member of that land are refusing to sell the land to us?
what should we do now. plz help.
