FIL VS DIL

Say a female F was married in 2005 to person M.

Person M died in year 2010.

Person FIL - father in law of person F I. E. Father of person M.

Widow - F stayed with in laws for 4 years and then remarried in year 2014 to person X.

Suppose the FIL dies intestate in year 2015 then will person F still remains legal heir - class 1 of person FIL in his self acquired property..... Or the relation breaks as soon as widowed daughter in laws remarriage.

Secondly, will the person F in year 2015 has any claim in ancestral property of her husband / FIL?

1. Once a Widow Female Re-Marries ANYBODY, THEN "ALL" her claims on her martimonial family property (includes Husband) becomes null & void, without any exceptions, whatsoever....

2. However, Children of deceased Father will have right on all properties of Father & ancestral property, subject to various parameters.
