Suit for partition is decreed. Preliminary decree is drawn. An application for drawing up Final Decree is filed. One Judge has ordered that the Decree Holder be put in certain part of house. The Bailiff was resisted by the Judgement Debtor. Can Court allow police protection for getting the possession of that part? Any citation/ruling to that effect?
