Fir antedate

If I have proof via RTI that FIR, chargesheet and witness statement were both antedated and antetimed, what action can I take against the IO and the complainant?

You can chalenge those documents as they are cooked up documents and can not be relyed on and by this the complaint has to be dismissed.

First Ensure that it is not clerical mistake. If ur case is being tried in some court presently then talk to ur lawyer and submit it in your defense to convince the court. Request the court to call I.O in the court and examine him. If the Trial has not yet started then writ cud be filed in the upper court to cancel the FIR which wud be difficult job.
