Respected Sir/Madam,
I had asked the surveyor to measure my land and all the four boundary owners too were asked to come at the time of measurement.But one of the boundary owners is rejecting and avoiding purposely to come for the measurement.And later he is trying to trouble me by removing the boundary stones.What to do with these kind of the problems.How to resolve them?What could be the best solution for this?How to go ahead?Please advice me.
