Flat agreement pending

Father purchased a flat in 1995 from builder and didn't do the agreement. Both father and builder is alive. Can I get the flat in my name
and what should be mentioned in remuration What are the options available?

Whether any conveyance / sale deed has been executed between the builder and your father ?

No remuneration but consideration has to be mentioned in the title transfer document.

Other options is a subjective topic for debate.

Neither the facts nor query is clear.

Be clear and specific if you are seeking an obligation of experts on this platform otherwise it will be better to consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant records

No documentattion or sale deed was done...Money was given in cash in year1990. What can be mentioned in consideration. We are staying in the flat. Light and property tax is in my father's name....

I am staying in this flat and My father who has given the money in 1995.
