I wish to file a recovery claim against a commercial co. op. society in Mumbai under CPA in Mumbai at State Commission level due to high amount above 20lacs.
Experts kindly help me with the format for such application. I shall be obliged for tight guidance.

If stake is high, it is advisable to engage an advocate. Non-payment of dues is a commercial transaction and may not attract CPA. Please check with an advocate.
