498a daalne ke bahut saare possibilities hain. Usual one's would be as follows.
1. Wife go and sit, tell dont want to come, unless husband make seperate home, husband wont go and bring her back, file 498a.
2. Inlaws wont listen to daughter inlaw, let me show them who is the boss, go file 498a, tell they beat me, wait me put you ppl behind bars.
3. Wife goes and sits at parents place, husband send RCR notice, she file 498a.
4. Husband files divorce petition, wife files 498a.
5. Lawyer feels, what just divorce case? divorce case 4 dates = 1 year, per date how much I get fees, very little, let me suggest to wife, to file 498a and DV, every two days they come in search of me, again take fees, make merry.
Aur bhi honge kaaran daalne ke 498a, please share your views!

Marriage is one of the main institutions of human civilization. In the sixteen sanskars, emphasis is laid on the sanskar of marriage. Marriage formalizes the relationship between a woman and a man. Similarly the social relations of the children born to the couple are official. The institution of a family is dependent on that of marriage. Hence, the social laws influence this sanskar of marriage
