Hi Experts, want some guidence we have property on three brothers & want to gift father what is the stamp duty & Registration charges apply?

From which state are u from...?describe property details,yes you all three brothers can gift your self acquired property to your dad.

For Gift Deed, stamp duty is 2% of property value as per Ready Reckoner less depreciation. Whereas Regn Fee is 1% of the value, max R.s 30,000/-
