No need to mention.

Yes, there is no such compulsion. However, what is the relevance of 'testator'?

Advocate Bhartesh goyal (advocate)     11 December 2021

Mentioning or not mentioning of such fact neither validiate nor invalidate the document Gift deed. Essential ingredient which has to be mentioned is" property is being gifted without consideration and out of love and affection to donee "

To mention the name of daughters in a gift deed is neither compulsory nor mandatory.
