The legal heirs of the donor can execute the registered rectification deed to rectify the error found in the gift deed.

The property is stated to have been gifted in the year 2017, what was the donee (beneficiary of gift) doing ?
The donee has to file a suit for declaration if LRs of donor do not agree to get a rectification deed registered
