I Had married in the month of Feb 2014 and working out side the country.
my wife is torturing me and my parents, she is behavior is cruelty. she reversely threatening me that she need the divorce and she will apply for the divorce under section 498 only, till date so many times she threatened. I already left the india even though, there is no change in her behavior.
1) If she file the case under 498, she can file from any where ? under the section 498 who are will be taken into remand.
2) If I would like apply for the divorce, what is the minimum time period can apply for the divorce from the date of marriage and what is the procedures.
3) now she misbehaving with my parents and telling to my parents to left the home.
Please advise.
To begin the new life with happily with my wife. but now the case is i feeling now i am in big trouble and in hell.
