Help? assault/abetment to suicide/no justice?

sunaina ji, why are you wasting your time here fighting a virtual battle and trying to win your case even before it begins (you cant predict things just because you researched, you may have everything but the judge may not agree with you.). Mr. makkad is one of the best expert i can personally gaurantee for and he has already given you the solution under 156(3) Crpc.

i suggest, you approach legal aid if you cant pay for a good lawyer and fight your battle instead of wasting time, cos the more time you waste, the more difficult and complex the case becomes.
