I need help of the law community , I have been convicted under 323/504/506 , I am totally innocent .
Conviction was mainly due to defence lawyer has nexus with proscution . at present appeal in session court
the environment in court is such that i can not depend on lawyer at this stage to protect me so going to defend my self
pls provide help in the form of
provide judgment where acquittal has been done in 504/323/506 . i want to mention that no medical report / no actual abusive word/ no independent witness/FIR after 1.5 year of incidence / has been recorded in instant case. Case is matrimonial dispute .
any other help in eveidence act or other way
pls help to prevent injustice to me
