I elder brother of the husband (my youngest brother is husband of the girl who lodged FIR), against whom FIR has been lodged on 22.11.2013 under section 498A, 323 and 3/4 DP Act by the wife for demand of dowry alongwith my father aged 84, mother aged 76 on wheel chair and myself working with government of India and living seperately at Lucknow. We are native of saharanpur Uttar Pradesh. The place of incident has been shown as saharanpur where only father and mother are living with other brothers. Husband and wife are living in Khadki and both are working. I am living separately at Lucknow since 2002 and working with government. On 12.11.2013, father and brother of the wife reached Khadki and bought back her and got the medical examination on 16.11.2013 with FIR on 22.11.2013. Since my self and my aged parents have been made as co-accused.
1- what has to be done.
2-Will be get the final bail in the case , if mediation fail.
3- Will there be impact on my government service.
4-Has be to report to his office about the false allegation thorugh the FIR.
