we Daga have over 200 years old land and a charitable trust was formed by our settlers on 1986 with Reigstered Trust Deed with Devasthan Rajesathan, Bikaner.The trust is irrevocable, and the terms of trustees is clearly mentioned in trust deed that no trustee can be in trust above 10 years, they have to be retired once for all, but some like minded trustee have Deleted the clause of this terms by calling a meeting on 2009 and no proper information was given to others trustees. meeting was passed with 6/9 votes 3 trustees were not informed about meeting and 4th one who attended the meeting say no such amendment took place in that meeting his signatureed is forged in miniutes book which is loose leaf binding register. Can a irrevocable trust can do this amendmen ? 2ndly is there any possiblity to file a criminal case on these trustee.kindly advice me.
