House tresspass

Hi ,

I and my wife are living on rent from March 2024 and in June my landlord tells me that he wants  to sell house and shows flat to people and now he is telling me to vacate the house within one month . 

We have done 11 months agreement but there is a clause that if owner wants house he can give one month notice and tenant will have to vacate . What should I do now???
