Hi I m Manoj
very recently tehsildar passed an order based on commissioner konkan region circular and tenant are awarded land who were tenant before 1953.
we gone to sub divisinol officer and filled an appeal.
I am attaching circular of commissioner herewith.
please help me argue at SDO and also explain how tehsildar came to conclution that tenants are liable to get land who were tenant before 1953
