How long does an ex parte divorce take for 2017

Exparte orders are temporary in nature.  They can always be challenged in appelate court.  Once matter is in appelate court, matter will be sent back to lower court for further trial.  Exparte divorce orders are not easy to get.  There is a lengthy procedure to be followed, that might take anywhere between 6 months to 2 years.  Time is not a constraint here.  It is best that case be disposed off by way of trial.
