How much share can wife claim in husband's property ?

How much share can a wife claim in husbands property after divorce where wife has equally invested at the time of purchasing property ?

Hello Ma'am,

If she has contributed funds, then she is entitled to that percentage of the current market value of the property.

Is wife's consent required at the time of selling of such mutually invested property ? or can the husband sell of the property alone ? what are the remedies available if the property is sold of to 3rd party without wife's consent ?

If the property is in sole name of the husband he can sell it without any NOC or consent from wife. Although she may claim her portion in the proceed got by selling the property percentage that she contributed for purchasing the property.
