How sell ancestral property with mutual consent

Page no : 2

The facts posted does not suggest the property to be ancestral. It is grandfather's own property. He can dispose the same at his discretion during his lifetime. The sons or grandsons have no rights or interests vested in the said property during during the grandfather's lifetime.

I have written in clear words that my grandfather (related to 1st generation) is dead without will

The query will not be entertained any further if the querist refuses to understand the position of law explained clealry by all experts here, moreover since this is a free legal advise platform the querist is misusing this forum by insisting the experts to accept his misinterpreted law and repeatedly posting the same query in various forms.

From my side the query is resolved.
