How to change the name in t.c

submit an application to the concern school head master for name change or name correction with prove of your identity birth certificate and parents consent letter

The transfer certificate has to be given to the student which is a bonafide proof that the student has studied that course in that Institution and generally followed by a conduct certificate, as this certificate is necessary to get admission into some other course with some other institution.  This is mandatory and also confirms no fees were due..

TC has to be issued as per the Enrollment form filled by the parents at the time of admission, so it is the responsibility of the institution to spell and issue stating the correct name.  The process is simple and any correction has to be done only by the institution that prepared the form.

Get it corrected by the school / institution which has issued the TC.

My Self Danish Khateeb  Want To Ask Information Regarding Name Correction In Tc I Hv Followed Application Process But College Cant Accept 

I explain In Short I v 12 Passed From The College Then I Got The Addmission To The Diploma In Agriculture But I Submitted The Tc But In The Surname Is Missed My Every Documents Have An Surname like on SSC HSC certificate In The 12 College My Record Is Available So Please Guide Me
