family court pass interim maintenance order of Rs. 15k. so by mistake instead of filing WP i file FCA in Highcourt in person. i get relief in high court by filing CA from 15k to 5k pm from in HC. after that i received reply from my wife on FCA and than after i also attached rejoinder. after one year of case my wife advocate says that there is technical error please cancel FCA and pass old family court order of 15k pm again.
i need procedure to convert FCA to WP.
