I would like to know whether Real Estate Promoters can convert the public purpose land which they have allocated initially in their layout for Community Hall/School into residential plots by getting approval from DTCP office?? if the layout is not developed.... can someone provide more insights on this please?
(or) if an Individual is cheated by a Real Estate company and sold the Public purpose land (Community Hall / School) as a Residential Plot (without giving gift deed to the government).can the public convert the public purpose land in to residential land??
